Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your pre-booked session, we provide a full refund for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
